Mobilizing Grassroots Level Participation for Effective Implementation of the Patients Charter for Pwds and Rural Women in the Volta Region:
Increased hospital attendance rate among persons with disability and women within reproductive age including women in Muslim communities at 7 health facilities in 7 project districts in the Northern Belt of the Volta Region within 2 years. 1. Persons with disabilities and marginalised women within reproductive age, including women in Muslim Communities in the project area are demanding quality health services from SRNs, CHNs, laboratory workers, Midwives, Health Aids, NHIS, Dispensary Workers and Drug Store Assistants in the 7 beneficiary health facilities. 2. SRNs, CHNs, laboratory workers, Midwives, Health Aid, NHIS, Dispensary Workers and Drug Store Assistants in the 7 beneficiary health facilities keep and maintain PC standards for persons with disabilities and women within reproductive age in 7 health facilities within 7 project districts.

Increased citizens demand for transparent and accountable financial management in the provision of maternal health services in district health facilities in Agona East, Suhum Kraboa Coaltar, Amansie West, Ejura Sekyedumase, East Mamprusi and Kpandai districts in Ghana. 2. Increased access and utilization of maternal health services in district health facilities in Agona East, Suhum Kraboa Coaltar, Amansie West, Ejura Sekyedumase, East Mamprusi and Kpandai districts in Ghana. 3. Increased and efficient spending on family planning and maternal health care at district health facilities in Agona East, Suhum Kraboa Coaltar, Amansie West, Ejura Sekyedumase, East Mamprusi and Kpandai districts of Ghana.
