To increase the number of youth accessing reproductive and sexual health services and their participation in health care delivery in 20 communities in five districts in the Upper East and Upper West Regions by the end of the project period. 1. 5% increase in the number of young people accessing contraceptive and reproductive health care and counseling services by the end of the project period. 2. 10% increase in the number of young people participating in healthcare delivery in 20 communities in 5 districts in the Upper East and Upper West Regions by the end of the project period.
