Eunice R. Agbenyadzi

Eunice is a human rights, gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) practitioner with over sixteen years’ experience in the development sector. She is passionate about social justice and has contributed to promoting this course in the different roles she has held. Eunice has coordinated interventions in partnership with civil society and state actors towards good governance, accountability, gender and social inclusion. She has a good blend of managerial and technical competencies for programme and strategy development, civil society strengthening, capacity building, gender and social inclusion programming. 

Prior to joining the Foundation, Eunice worked as the GESI and capacity building Eunice has worked in different roles within multi-donor funded programmes, such as the Strengthening Transparency Accountability Responsiveness (STAR-Ghana) Programme and the Ghana Research & Advocacy Programme; and international non-government organisations including the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV), Voluntary Services Organization (VSO) and IBIS International. In managerial and advisory roles, Eunice has made direct contribution to civil society, an enabling environment for citizens and state engagement on public governance, legal, policy and social reforms in Ghana, Cameroon and The Gambia. Eunice has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She also has professional certificates in organisational development from the Gestalt Organisational Development and Advisory Services.
